Elaine is a Luxury Accessibility Experience Strategist, helping luxury wedding venues, hospitality businesses and event professionals create exceptional, accessible experiences for disabled and neurodivergent guests. Combining commercial insight with lived experience, she demonstrates how accessibility enhances guest experience, strengthens reputation and unlocks business opportunities through practical, sustainable and commercially focused solutions.

As the Founder of The Inclusive Wedding Co. and Inclusive Hospitality Co., Elaine has spent more than a decade advising organisations on accessibility strategy. She holds a Graduate Certificate from the Centre for Accessible Environments (CAE). She is the creator of the F'AIRE™ Framework, a practical methodology that enables venues and suppliers to embed accessibility without compromising on luxury or excellence.

An award-winning consultant, speaker and thought leader, Elaine was recognised as the Empowerment Awards 2026 Accessibility in Hospitality Winner, is a Forbes-featured expert, a LinkedIn Top Voice, and an ILM Mentor. Through consultancy, training and public speaking, she continues to champion accessible luxury and help shape a more inclusive future for the wedding and hospitality industries.

 A traumatic event can change everything. My own journey has inspired me to help others rebuild their lives and find purpose after difficult experiences. I am passionate about supporting people to rediscover confidence and create a life worth living.

My time in intensive care gave me a deep understanding of recovery and resilience.  It is an honour for me to be a Trustee of ICUsteps, which is an intensive care patient support charity. We ensure that navigating the journey post-ICU is supportive for all patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.

Through Hotel School, I also share my career and life experience to guide refugees and those seeking direction as they take their next steps forward.

Simple Holistic Nutrition

 Liana is a Registered Nutritional Therapist with a passion for helping people understand the powerful connection between nutrition, lifestyle and long-term health. 

She believes the body has an incredible ability to heal and thrive when given the right support, with nourishing food and sustainable lifestyle changes forming the foundation of her approach.

Her practice is rooted in holistic principles, recognising that physical health is closely linked to emotional wellbeing, daily habits and environmental influences. 

Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, Liana takes the time to explore the underlying factors that may be contributing to a person's health, creating a well-rounded picture of their overall wellbeing.

Liana studied for three years at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), where she qualified as a Nutritional Therapist. 

She is a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) and registered with the General Naturopathic Council (GNC). 

 Shea Occupational Health

 Karen Shea is a highly experienced Occupational Health and Safety specialist with more than 30 years of expertise supporting organisations across a wide range of industries. As Founder of Shea Occupational Health, she has built a trusted family business that has been delivering independent, practical occupational health services throughout England, Scotland and Wales for over a decade.

Beginning her career as a Registered General Nurse before specialising in Occupational Health, Karen has developed extensive expertise in health surveillance, risk management, sickness absence, rehabilitation, workplace wellbeing and health and safety. Her approach is founded on providing reliable, evidence-based advice that helps organisations create healthier, safer workplaces while supporting the wellbeing of their employees.

Karen holds a Master's degree in Health and Safety, is a Specialist Practitioner in Occupational Health, a Chartered Member of IOSH, and a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Passionate about developing the profession, she also mentors Occupational Health students and newly qualified practitioners, sharing the knowledge and experience gained throughout her distinguished career.

Hotel School is an award-winning charity that empowers people who have experienced homelessness or other challenges to build fulfilling careers in hospitality. Their 10-week programme blends classroom learning, hands-on experience, and industry visits, helping students develop the skills and confidence to thrive at work and beyond.

Sarah Burden Media 

Sarah is an experienced marketing VA and consultant, with more than 26 years' experience in marketing, communications and content creation. 

She specialises in supporting small businesses and non-profit organisations with creative, practical marketing solutions, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across copywriting, design and digital marketing.

After spending over two decades in the charity sector, Sarah founded Sarah Burden Media in 2021. Her varied career has equipped her with extensive expertise in marketing, fundraising, communications, events and administration, giving her a unique understanding of the challenges organisations face and the importance of clear, engaging communication.

Sarah holds a Diploma in Communications and a Level 6 qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). Passionate about continuous learning, she keeps pace with the ever-changing digital landscape while embracing every opportunity to develop new skills. Known for her creative approach, attention to detail and collaborative style, Sarah enjoys helping organisations communicate with confidence and bring their ideas to life.
