Hello, I’m Stella Amor, a trusted people partner in the hospitality and luxury services industry. My experience has spanned over 30 years.
I have held senior roles as a Hotel Manager, Director of HR, People and Culture, and Diversity and Inclusion.
I am based in London, UK, and I work with both national and global brands both remotely and hybrid.
I have industry-specific knowledge and experience, supported by my qualifications and accreditations, which more recently include:

MY PERSONAL JOURNEY
Like many, the pandemic was life-changing for me
After a sudden and traumatic illness, I spent five months in intensive care. Until then, I had lived a privileged life in many ways with a beautiful family and a thriving career. I was relentless in my pursuit of excellence and success.
This experienced change my life and the resilience and lessons learned allowed me to reignite my purpose and redesign my life and career.
My mission is to help others reconnect with their personal and professional purpose, redesign and align values and position to a place where we can all truly belong, succeed and have impact with what matters most.
